My Why

To help others learn, grow, and maximize their potential via education, connection, belonging, learning, relationships, resource exchange, systems change, and transformative experiences.

JF Consulting’s mission is to create transformative learning experiences, help others grow, and bring people together from all over the world, across diverse backgrounds and interdisciplinary sectors, to create innovative systems and solutions for social impact.

I am dedicated to restoring human connection, cultivating diverse communities, developing individuals to become the best versions of themselves, and, lastly, innovating our existing paradigms in order to address the pressing issues that we are facing today.

Experiences & communities that foster growth, connection, inspiration, and impact

For the past 10 years, I have successfully built partnerships, managed diverse projects, cultivated communities, and created international exchanges for clients in the Edtech, startup accelerator & incubators, think tanks, higher education, social impact, hospitality, creative arts, experiential marketing, journalism, and nonprofit sectors.

I am passionate about creating a community for others - “a sense of belonging, purpose, identity, openness, transcendence, storytelling, warmth, depth, and a place to feel at home”.

Living with a host family in Spain for four months was life-changing.
Since then, it has compelled me to develop communities, both at home and abroad - while living in Buenos Aires, Argentina for 3 years and, more recently, after returning to Los Angeles, CA in 2016.

I welcome a conversation with those who are inspired to collaborate and partake in significant global social impact projects such as the following:

  • Applying a global, lean startup, education, artistic, humanities lens, methodologies, and multi-perspective insights to projects

  • Building virtual creativity, innovation, professional development, mentorship, L&D, and entrepreneurial

    • curricula, programs, workshops, trainings, events, and courses

  • Helping others develop the 4 C's skills needed in a more remote, tech-automated world: communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity skills

  • Supporting and empowering educators and artists - the humanities & arts

  • Building intercultural bridges:

    • meaningful and open dialogue, exchange, listening, effective communication, spaces, connection, and opportunities for public-private collaboration, which include artists, teachers, nonprofits, scientists, PhD's, tech, businesses, government, etc. from cross-sector to solve social impact problems in a seemingly "polarized" world
